Delete your FireFlix account
Request removal of your personal data
Request removal of watch history, preferences, and non-essential data
We process all data deletion requests in accordance with privacy laws.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
A. In-App Data Deletion
You can delete your account directly from the app or website:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Once confirmed:
Your account is immediately deactivated
Data deletion process begins automatically
B. Email Request
You can also request deletion by emailing us at:

A clear statement requesting full deletion of your account and personal data
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
After receiving your request, FireFlix deletes:
Account details (name, email, phone)
Profile information
Watch history and preferences
Search history
App usage data
Payment details stored on our system (we do not store card numbers)
4. Data We May Temporarily Retain
Certain data may be stored for 30–90 days due to legal, security, or financial compliance requirements:
Transaction & billing records
Fraud prevention logs
Security logs
This data is permanently erased after the retention period.
5. Deletion Timeline
Instant: Account deactivation
7–30 Days: Removal of personal data and watch history
Up to 90 Days: Deletion of legally required records
6. Irreversible Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
It cannot be restored
Backups containing your data will be purged automatically
FireFlix cannot recover deleted accounts
